WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please notify me prior to 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will lead to a 50.00 charge to you.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I take Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield.
For those out of network: I take cash, check, most credit/debit cards, HSA accounts. Many times your insurance company will reimburse you for services. Please check with them and I can provide you with paperwork necessary for reimbursement. Payments are always due at the time of your appointment.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

As a client of mine, therapy is your choice. You may always opt to end services. If you are dissatisfied or have a concern, please feel free to speak to me directly. I will assist you with a referral to another therapist if applicable.
